One of the things I had to give up after my diagnosis was the occasional glass of Shasta lemon lime soda, Since citrus fruits  are some of my migraine triggers I had pretty much given up on a nice cold fizzy sugar free drink. I drink mostly tea and water anyway.  But, it was that little treat that I missed. I am happy to say I have a solution. Home made ginger ale!
